NYSW Foodgrade Transfer Facility

Bergen Transfer - Bergen Transfer is a liquid food-grade bulk transfer facility located on the NYSW in Oakland, NJ. Built in cooperation with North Jersey Tank Lines, a well-established transporter of food grade commodities, Bergen Transfer uses an innovative hot water heating system that sends water through an intricate system of underground piping to heat edible liquids that are then transferred into highway trailers. The facility has nineteen unloading stations, a truck scale, and is fenced, lit, paved, and has a spill containment system.
